Confidential Reporting
Steel Color S.p.A. provides several channels through which employees and stakeholders can confidentially report an actual or suspected violation of the principles and rules set out in the Code of Ethics, the Organisational and Management Model pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001, company policies and procedures, or, more generally, any breach (or suspected breach) of laws and regulations.
Steel Color S.p.A. is committed to ensuring the confidentiality of both the individuals and the information reported, as well as the identity of the whistleblower. After verifying the reliability of the report, all notifications, including anonymous ones, will be handled by the Officers responsible for Report Management, in accordance with the ‘Report Management (Whistleblowing) Procedure’.
Personal data and information provided through the reporting procedure will be processed to manage and follow up on the report, investigate any alleged conduct, and take the necessary measures, in accordance with applicable laws, including data protection regulations. The purposes and methods of data processing by Steel Color S.p.A. are set out in the privacy notice.
Reports must be submitted by completing a specific form or by recording a voice message, using the Report Management Portal, accessible via a provided link.
While the above-mentioned channel remains the preferred method, it is also possible to submit a report using the following alternative method:
By postal mail:
Steel Color S.p.A. – Via per Pieve Terzagni n. 15, 26033 – Pescarolo ed Uniti (CR) – alla c.a. Gestore del canale di segnalazione.
To ensure confidentiality, the report must be placed in two sealed envelopes: the first containing the whistleblower’s identifying information, and the second containing the report itself. Both envelopes should then be placed in a third sealed envelope, clearly marked ‘Confidential’, addressed to the Report Management Officer of Steel Color S.p.A.
